If I may suggest... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ogRHu...eature=related Delicious, delicious. If you want to make it my personal favorite way, cook until the bread is just crispy enough for toast. The yolk will still be liquid and delicious, like an egg over easy. If you don't mind the health setbacks, be liberal with the butter, too. Make sure you have a plate if you eat it the above way, though. If you prefer the "solid" yolk (not sure what to call it), cook them for a bit longer. Anyways, aside from that, eggs sunny side up and easy are my stuff. Personally, I cook them as such with toast, and dip the toast into the yolk, then eat it... some people swear by this, too, some people have never heard of it and think it sounds awful, but imo it's the best way to eat 'em hands down. On a somewhat relevant note, I heard cracking an egg into your ramen makes it taste amazing? Is there any truth to this?

I worry more about the health setbacks of that bread than the butter.
