Not really, still some doubt about the tag "made in italy" and the "english made" (also the zippers)

here’s my take:
1) The “English Made and designed” could just be a tag line. I think Levi’s has “an American original” on their tag. Now I know it’s not the same thing but it’s possible.

2) there’s just too much detail (pockets, the quality of the stitching and the overall patina) to suggest it’s a fake. It’s an awfully detailed fake.

Yep, if it’s fake, someone went to a helluva lotta trouble on a tan leather jacket. Wear and enjoy.

Belstaff used to be a British company making and selling authentic motorcycling gear. The brand was sold to Italian owners in 2004, and then various owners after that. Since then, they've tried to reposition themselves as a luxury label inspired by sportswear. It's not unusual for companies like that to manufacturer things in Italy because their customers associate Italian manufacturing with craftsmanship.

It's very difficult to spot fakes nowadays. I would not put too much emphasis on authenticity. Wear it if it looks and feels good. That one has enough detailing where it's probably authentic. If it turns out to be fake, consider it a neat piece of folk art.
