Hi,
I am 6" tall and weigh around 195 Pounds,My target is around 175...
I recently started jogging on a daily basis,2 times in a day,first in the morning on the treadmill for 20 mins(jogging),and then later in the afternoon for an hour,but thats just brisk walk,maybe 5 mins of jogging in it...Anyway The question which i wanna ask is, is this routine ok? Or shud i add some other exercizes as well?
