I trust this is because you do not know how to do it yourself? Their home page did not have a very visible contact point, I have found out.
OMG, literally Googled "contact Loro Piana":

Some google-translate info. of Herbert Stock. The shop closed in 2012. Stock himself died in 1986, aged 86. I suppose Loro P. could have been sold there? Here is the text:

The shop at the southern end of the Königsallee (number 82) was for decades considered the top address for men's clothing and equipment. Comparable with Selbach, who was sitting on the Berliner Allee (in principle behind Stock) and was fashionably crazy, cheeky and daring, Herbert Stock was considered a Düsseldorf address in which man bought when he wanted or had to treat himself to something special. Especially the middle-class clientele was appraised, who not only appreciated the fine material but also a professional advice.

In 1925, Herbert Stock founded his company on Blumenstraße. Gradually, shops were opened on the Königsallee, the Schadowstraße and the Hohe Straße in Cologne. Herbert Stock loved and lived his business - even at the age of 86. Until shortly before his death in 1986, he became involved in the company.

By 2006, the company (which also runs a business in Cologne) even had two shops in Dusseldorf: At the Schadowstrasse, right on the corner of Blumenstraße, they also offered high-class menswear. This business closed in 2006, was rebuilt and is now the Düsseldorf address for Hilfiger.

Stock belonged last to those specialized shops, which by chains like Peek & Cloppenburg, Ansons, in addition, Esprit, H & M o. more and more especially young customers lost. One of the last big names, who also did not survive, was the fashion store Heinemann, which had an unbeatable location on the corner of Kö / Blumenstraße, but was not accepted well enough in the end. Today, the bookstore Mayersche Droste is located there.

It's a beautiful coat, I have no idea who made it but it looks fantastic.

Judging by the style and labels, it is most likely very old LP cloth. Everyone from Brooks Bros to J. Crew uses LP fabrics, so they make it at various price points / quality levels. (Obviously a J. Crew sweater for $100 is not going to be the same as something LP sells themselves for $1000.) Perfectly decent for $100. I wouldn't worry about it.

A few years ago I sold a coat in that exact same color and style with that same LP tag for a hell of a lot more than you paid for yours so I would say you did very very well. Wear it in good health.

Thanks. Not worried. Interested.

With 10000% certainty, that coat was not made by Loro Piana and just is Loro Piana cloth.

I have been told that Loro Piana did not make men's clothes prior to 1999 and that is somewhat in support of this view (although 100 % certainty is enough for me). The same person suggested it was made by an Italian factory specialising in clothes for brands and shops.

Could be - but that factory has nothing to do with Loro Piana. They bought the fabric from Loro Piana, they included their labels with the fabric. Whoever built the jacket put that tag on it to show that it was made of good cloth.

It could be made by LP (verrrryyyy unlikely) for the Weber, but you can tell them how good you want the item. I believe it’s not up to LP construction , but the cloths is supposedly LP. You can still buy LP cloth today, go to a tailor of your choice tell them make something.
