I believe I use to have that coat. I had two RLPL Peacoats in Navy & Camel, but I can't be 100% sure that that's the same one. Looks the same though. Lets say it is. I'm a 42R and I can say the Large was too big for me (shoulders - chest - sleeves). I should have bought a medium. Overall i think at 30% off that's a fair price for the coat, but I think the XL size is too big for a 42L. email the seller for measurements.

after discovering this forum, I sold them on ebay. They were just too big for me, and they were very-very delicate coats.

Is this a good value w/ the 30% off. How is the fit (I am a 42L)? Quality? Color? etc.

Thanks in advance.

I think from looking at Holdfast's pic there is a tag on the inside lower part which usually means Canterelli , I haven't seen that ever on a Saint Andrews jacket. So, it might be a tad high.

At least, you can find some more details about it there.

Yep, from memory it was Cantarelli. But still beautiful. The interior seams were nicely done, in particular. As I said in the sales thread at the time, I didn't know the full retail, but guesstimated i to about $1500 rather than the seller's $1900. But while a sales tag remained on the coat I sold back then, I don't think it had the original retail price on it.
