Sorry this is not related to Classic menswear, but I figured someone here would know this at 2am!
I worked in the US from Sept 2001 to Dec 2002. I did not file taxes in 2002 or 2003. I am owed refunds for both years.
I got my W2s from my employer and have completed Forms 1040.
Can I still get my refunds, or is it too late? Is there a 3-year time limit for back-refunding? Or do they make exceptions?
ANyone here a tax expert or know from experience?
