Yup that's what happened when the 4s was released.
Well you're not a good fanboi
3D in maps is not working for me, passbook just loads but I can't do anything with it.
You on a 4 or 4s?
EDIT: Well crap. I knew the 4 was feature limited on a few things, but didn't realize there is no turn by turn GPS.
iPhone 4: does not support:
FaceTime on 3G
Hearing aid support
Guess I won't be testing that feature tonight. Also explains the 3D maps.
Further illustrating the importance of upgrading. Come on Friday!!!
I wonder if my pre-ordered phone will be at my home tonight
Need something to lift up the shitty day
Does this phone have the wifi and gb's? Just the gb's? I need a phone with the wifi and the gb's.
Those of you that pre-ordered, you can track your package through UPS at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html
Click track by reference and in the shipment reference box type in the number of the line you're upgrading. Then fill in the country and zip code and track.
Mine is coming through FedEx. Others will be too.
That map flyover thing...I read it only works on a handful of cities. Anyone know for sure?
iOS6 is a fucking Gigabyte?!I have Linux distros that are 32MB! What in the name of fuck has apple tried to cram into this?!
I think it's more then a "handful," but Apple's 3D is going to be behind in this area at launch. Over time it will get better, as will the basic level maps and GPS.
EDIT: Also, Pio keep in mind that Flyover is the 3D feature. Even if that won't work in a city you are in, the GPS part should and it will still show you a non 3D map.
Both UPS and Fedex are used to ship iphones.
Mine will be Friday delivery : ( via UPS
Google is kicking their ass here.
How many people really need their "turn by turn" directions on a phone though? Doesn't almost every car come with built in sat-nav these days?
Yes. I'm aware. You stated we can track our packages via UPS. And I'm stating that mine and others too will be arriving via FedEx.
Separate names with a comma.
