Yeah, that's the impression that I get. They also do much more with fewer mAh in terms of batter life. (RAZR Maxx is 3300mAh; not sure about the iPhone 5 but I'm sure it's nowhere close).

It's not just hardware, but on the software side too. This is one of the great benefits afforded to Apple by only releasing a single phone per year. They can spend a great deal of time optimizing the software to the hardware they create. This is in contrast to companies like Moto and Samsung who I'm unable to even keep track of all their handsets. They don't have the time or resources to do this level of optimization.

Imagine how sexual it'll be when you whip out four 16GB iPhones.

That was announced months ago when they showed off iOS 6.

So far mine's running all right. Have not noticed any lag or bugs. Had to update about 15 of my apps too. Will try out the GPS on my way home tonight to see how that works.

Some preordered phones were delivered today. Un boxing video on macrumors.com.

Just watched it. It's pretty stupid. Hokey music. Rehearsed presentation. Not sure who produced this.

That makes it a good decision? I mean, come on, two years and already outdated?

You called it out like it was news.

Would it be nice? Yes, but obviously Apple's software and management teams decided the hardware wasn't a good fit for it. I have no idea why this is. The company has been historically an industry leader in this area of the mobile (phone & tablet) space. So I don't believe they did it just to screw over people still holding onto those devices.

It's installed, but I can't seem to do anything with it. There is a button inside to take one to the store and I guess you get these "passes" there? I'll figure it out tonight. Curious if BoA has something ready for it now that's useful.
