Not really, even if they both function in the "cloud." Dropbox creates a folder and file system you can access anywhere as if it's on your local drive. iCloud doesn't really have a folder system. It just seamlessly syncs your app data across devices. You never really see the files unless you are inside an app and it's completely automated.

Same effect though. If I update a Dropbox document, for example, it gets pushed out to all my Dropbox devices. Supposedly, per the video I watched on Apple's site, iCloud does the same except it's not in a little "iCloud" subdir like Dropbox.

Want to have a Style Forum meat-up on the line for the iPhone 5 this Friday? I will be on line 8 am in Soho. I'll be the one wearing a suit.

Yeah, the difference is reflected in Apple's gradual move away from the file system.

new phone = new contract in their eyes. i think you can get around that if you use the unlocked, but i'm not positive.

    lame.

unlimited is nice, though only a problem with "limited" if you stream videos while you're not on Wifi. I've never done this, and if I'm traveling I'll just download somethin on itunes and then put it on my phone. I've never come even close to my data limit.

They are rat bastards. I've had this number for 12 years. If they didn't win the signal was in my area hands down I'd move to AT&T...which sucks here.

NYC people, I heard that AT&T has faster data service, but more dropped calls, however verizon has fewer dropped calls, but slower data. Any truth to this?

But isn't the line itself a troll? How meta.

Is AT&T really that bad where you are Pio, or is it just that Verizon is better at the moment?
