If I were to get the 5 it'd be in white.
i've been dealing with a problematic refurbed 4 since April, so i am definitely going to get one ASAP, launch bugs or no
Okay, Mouse, I apologize. Willie has shown me what a true knob gobbling fanboi is.
I really don't see anything in the press release that makes me want to switch back from the Droid offerings. IPhone is going to be a fine piece of hardware, but its not enough star to pull me away from this ecosystem.

I'll never own a smartphone with a white bezel. Black bezels are much nicer on your eyes.
Plus the black/slate combo looks so tight.
Guys, Google's mobile platform is called Android, not Droid. Verizon created a branding initiative for the line of Android phones that are sold for it's network and it's called "Droid." Only these Verizon phones are Droids. It gets confusing when you don't refere to these products by the correct names.
What's the main camera upgrade from the 4S? Already pretty happy with the quality of the photos from the 4S.
I will say that I'm really disappointed since the rumor mills ruin absolutely every surprise now, and there's all these poor people inside Foxconn dying to sell secrets - Apple release days are no longer fun. =(
you can take panoramic shots with the 5 camera, which sounds good in theory but is useless and frustrating in practice because some jackass always ends up sticking his head into whatever scene you are panning across
Don't need that then. I mainly take snapshots of humorous things I see, and then quick snaps of food and things. I mostly see my pics after I upload them to facebook, but never realized how nice the raw files are if you see them blown up in iPhoto.
I was surprised how leaky Apple was this time. Everything came out well ahead of the showing. I wonder if they will change things up in the years ahead in an effort to stop this.
Ah thanks for clearing that one up, I was wondering what all this talk of Droid was. I know it's a series of Motorola phones on Verizon in the US. Why were they so significant in this iPhone thread.
I dropped my BB in the toilet during a call (yeah I know, was standing near the sink) and had to run to get something to work NOW, have had an iphone4s and am not a power user by any mean. I really don't understand why the fucking phone got bigger, I mean all I want is the same specs or pretty much but smaller. BTW outlook synch is really easy (if you ask someone else ).
Wow, apparently the new port/cable Lightning is confirmed to still USB 2.0. That's surprising. Had really thought they would go 3.0, but didn't mention at fact in the conference.
Don,t get me wrong I never plug mine into my computer anymore. It's all wireless these days. Just had assumed they would make that change for those who still do wired syncing.
Time to take a break from the computer. You can do it!! Baby steps.
