1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I did some research, it appears there are apps to protect photos and videos, etc. Not what I need.

Locking actual apps, it seems you need a jail broken phone because iphone apps are not allowed to change each other/interact with eachother in this way.

Ideally what I want is to create a folder, have it password protected and just put apps in it that I want to protect. Doesn't seem like this is supported.

    Still looking.

You know, I was ALL ready to point out that there's a software that I used that does this, but then I looked through my phone and noticed it isn't there any longer. Seems that Apple axed it from the fucking App store. It was called My Secret Folder.

When I found that app thru google search I thought I found the solution but it was an old article

Its still around via jailbreak sites

This sucks, want to get an ipad that can be shared and still check email, etc but without the kids messing with my mail and sonos, etc

I dont see how the folder lock interferes with an apps function.

    lol

Dude I posted a slim case that I have actually handled and you guys didn't find it interesting enough.

    Can you return it?

Apparently my phone didn't charge last night and I have to be at the airport in 4 hours. Still have errands to run and need to hit the gym soon. Freak you apple for not inventing real wireless charging, something that would charge my phone when I'm 50 feet from the charger.

I have an IPhone 5 now. It's my first Apple product. It's not overwhelming me with it's greatness, but I don't even know how to use it.

Just walking charges the phone, may not work for many American fatties.

It's good to see that Apple is catching up with Omega, Rolex, Patek etc.

Thought mine was fixed too, its not.

Apple laid a huge egg here.

Make sure your router has ipv6 turned on. Set your phone with a fixed IP address. That works for me.

After the update, when I went back to DHCP it was fucked again.
