There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

So, I can send an email and place a pr-order? Damn this is exciting. And I am assuming the price is a deposit? Sounds like something I can swing for at the moment.

It would be really cool if photos of each type of knit can be updated into the OP. Which one is that purple kelvin robe?

I haven't been charged yet. It is no charge until it ships.

Cool but which knit is the robe? Lumber or shawl cardigan?

Toast post a pic of the kelvin robe. I'm pretty sure it's neither the shawl nor the lumber. As the guy said above they send you an invoice once your knit is complete and ready to be shipped.

it's not a part of their catalog. it's basically a long belted 6a w/o buttons. shannon had never seen it. but she did say it might be done on a special order basis. ur going to pay extra for the length and the belt tho

It looks like Malin too me, which is what I ordered. I'm hoping it looks the same as kelv's robe.

No idea. She literally called it a Long 6a with a belt and no buttons when i emailed the photo. The lady before her retired like two years ago. Some models were discontinued. This was probably one

I have a Stevenage Knitting co/albam knit and I can't fit that under anything other than a vest.

I had emailed her mentioning I wanted a single but Muff wasn't on the list. I think it was an error, she sent me another order form with it available (though someone else mentioned a couple days ago that they weren't taking more Muff orders until they got more of it in stock)

^I added in the notes section of the order form that my preference is "muff," otherwise, "laghey" is fine

I really do not think "laghey" has that much red. A good contrast to the darker gray. I considered all the other donegals closely and much prefer a more subtle color with interesting contrast (strands of orange and red in the laghey).
Everything else is very bland IMO unless you are looking for a particular hard color like sand, light gray, red, blue, etc. I personally would not be able to get as much wear out of the "malin" color, and despite "muff" being almost black, I consider the charcoal with twists of purple/violet enough of a contrast and more subdue.

"Laghey" is pretty traditional blend of colors if I am not mistaken for this type of knit. I have seen it elsewhere before. I was highly considering the blue or red donegals but the contrast is too much for me, and I rather wear a blue jacket than a knit cardigan.

You're making too much sense for some in this thread.
