    Sorry, couldn't wait - here's a grainy-ass cell phone shot:

It's shrouded in shadow, but the black windopane is so dope. It's almost illegally old-school.

My charcoal flannel Walts are the best fitting trousers I've ever owned, really looking forward to the new ones. Black windowpane especially!

    Epaulet,

On behalf of skinny men everywhere, I must say, you are a saint!

I wear between 27-28 in APC new standards; what do you recommend in your trousers (i know they can be taken in/out 1.5 inches). Was looking into brooks brothers black fleece, but your colours/fit/price are much much better.

I'd just measure your waist where you want to wear them, look at the measurements on epaulets site and get the size that fits your measurements. Round up if in between, as you can get them taken in if necessary. Measuring will be more accurate than guessing what a 27-28APC is.

Oh my god, it would be ridiculous with those! The windowpane is so mod that I can't take it. If you wear these and Paul Weller spots you, you might have to fight him off. Seriously, he'd try to take these off your ass like a Brooklyn kid would jack you for your Jordans in '89.

Shooting the trousers now. We're aiming to get these online at 7PM EST tonight. Inventory is pretty tight on the deadstock styles (about 16 units per fabric), so you might want to grab your pair sooner than later. I'm not sure how long all of these will last.

No, they're the Italian Gabardine trouser. It's a cotton dress pant which some of the nicest cotton gab I've ever felt. Soft and wonderful quality, but not too dressy. It was developed for the Beretta sportswear line.

You could wear it super-trad with a navy blazer, white shirt, and red tie - or you could easily pair it with a t-shirt and chucks. It's a really versatile pant.

That's right! Once I have the new trousers in hand I'll be e-mail everyone who reserved a pair. Can't wait for these.

Mike, are you gonna let those of us that reserved a pair a advanced shot at getting the deadstock trousers?

    Mike-
Are the new deadstock trousers lined?

The wool ones (windopane, tattersall, donnegal) are. The cotton ones (gabardine, red cord) isn't.

Sure thing, I've got you covered. Check ya PM's!

The windowpane variety reminds me of something Jack Nicholson would've worn as The Joker. And I mean that in a complimentary way.

The new pants look interesting, in a good way. Whoever buys those red corduroys MOST post fit pics ASAP.
