I thought about that combination and will probably order a run next round. That is, unless I can get at least 5 of you to place an order quickly. I'm afraid I cannot advise on that as I have very limited experience with Magnanni. The 101 used for the Matthew (double-monk) should be a little roomier and most likely accommodate those with higher insteps a little better than the 102. I could probably arrange that for you but It would cost at least half of what I'm selling these for. Considering time, shipping, etc., you would be much better off taking them to a cobbler. I can recommend some good ones if you like. One of the goals I have for this brand is to offer a very high-quality product at an excellent value. In my opinion, the exorbitant costs involved in a refurbishment program contradict this goal.
