How’s it going folks, lurker who lost his last account info. If I’m posting here it’s probably because I’m looking for more nuanced information that I can’t find via books or friends. I like most fashions but my first love is formal wear. Done lots of reading and research on it to try and “perfect” my style though admittedly I’m usually found in cowboy boots and jeans (born, raised, and live in TX). I play guitar and shoot competitively outside of work. That’s about me in a nutshell.

I have a sweet spot for Japanese brands but living in Europe, the custom fees are ridiculously high, so I can’t import stuff as often as I’d wish to.

I wear jeans 24/7 - mostly Triple Works and RRL, and otherwise, have a lot of belts and overpriced Italian made sneakers. I mix up Wings+Horns, RRL, Jil Sander, Margiela, Haversack, Woolrich Woolen Mills, and SNS Herning,

Hi All,
My name is Matt. I currently have the pleasure of living in the LA South Bay area. I discovered this place as a side effect of not being happy with a pair of Red Wings. That lead me to the internet, which lead to Anvil Rose. I then discovered the wonderful world of Grant Stone. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the man Wyatt himself.

This place just seems like a natural progression. I just wish I would have discovered this before I attended The Distinguished Gentlmens Ride in LA a little over a week ago.
Looking forward to sharing my Field Boot in Waxed Commander Earth. Any help with some laces ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
