Hello,

I have a job interview 2 weeks from now. I only have one suit but the pants are messed up. My concern or question is, I have a charcoal jacket(Wool) what pants can I wear with this jacket that would look ok for an interview? Would it be ok to wear a two tone suit to an interview? Thanks

I think you are kind of screwed. I think you might be able to get away with a navy blazer and charcoal pants, but suits are best for interviews in my opinion. This is your chance to get a suit, have it tailored for when you do begin to work and need one.

Well I currently do not have the funds for a new suit. That's why I would like to use my old suit jacket and possibly pair it with some complimentary pants. However, this position I am applying for is Manufacturing and not a Business Environment. I still would like to look professional and stand out compared to others. I know a suit would be best.

If the jacket were navy then it would be easy enough to find trousers that would complement it, charcoal on the other hand is not really a good colour for an odd jacket.

Agreed. Do you have a slim frame? You might, might be able to get away with a Merona suit from Target for under $100.
