Christopher Nolan's next film staring Matthew McConaughey and set for release in November 2014.

First trailer. It's more of a teaser then anything else and doesn't give away much plot, but it's really well done. My understanding is this film will feature inter-dimensional travel as part of the plot.

A lot of heavy-handedness with the sentimentality in that teaser, but it didn't tell me a thing about the movie. I tend to like Nolan, so I'll wait to hear more about the plot.

To be fair it is labeled a "teaser" and not "trailer." Something I got wrong in my post above as it was never intended to be viewed as a trailer. Movie teasers tend to show very little actual footage. I believe the intention was to set a mood and tone more then give away any story details.

The first teaser trailer for Terminator 3 was a CGI logo with a bullet going through it, nothing more.

The first teaser trailer for Hannibal was a bunch of text ("do not approach the glass") and then a 2-second shot from Silence of the Lambs, nothing more.

Since he chose to go the sentimental route with this teaser, and keep it a true teaser -- lots of films do just give it all away up front now -- I'm surprised Nolan bothered to include the actual film footage he did at the end, considering none of the shots seem memorable or even interesting except the final rocket launch.

People who have apparently read a leaked script from it say the trailer is like 1% of the movie concept and there's tons of crazy scifi stuff in it. I'm avoiding the actual spoilers, but have faith in Nolan turning this one into something special.

So great! I wanted them not to take a 15min break and just go on with the movie, because I was so excited how it would go on.

The quality of the effects was spectacular!
