Interlyning coming through Remus suit

I bought a Remus suit 3 years ago and have only worn it about 15 times. It has been dry cleaned 4 times and i noticed there is alot of the interlyning coming throught the suit. It looks like fluff from a distance and it is speckled throughout the suit. The dry cleaners said that it was due to the way the suit was made and told me to bring it back to the seller.
Has anyone experienced issues like this before or does anyone have any suggestions.
Thanks,

Upon the presumption that it is either the fibres breaking down(what is it made of?) or else the fusing migrating which is unusual then that is far too many occasions to have had in cleaned given you have only worn it 15 times - assuming that you have not managed to deposit food or other dirt on it regularly.

I fear that their is no remedy but to burn the thing and then avoid both the brand and dry cleaners in the future.
