Instagram user help

So this is a long shot but I’m hoping someone can help me find an Instagram user I thought I’d followed but didn’t. I came across a guy in Japan - I think the Tokyo area - who posts drawings of what he wears. The pictures are usually a series showing the layers. Sort of Dick Carroll style drawings. He wears a lot vintage US military pants and wallabees or loafers and such. He also posts a few live shots but I do not recall seeing his face.
