Just saw Trainspotting for the first time (yeah I know), great movie with equally awesome fashion, it's sad to think that so much as we try, we can never truly relive the 80's, seemed like such a great time to be in. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Great and somewhat underappreciated movie that captured a small part of that era really well.

    This is a good thing.

sadly, women's fashion is bringing back all the worst of it, although interpreted well by some of the girls I see around here (legwarmers are sexy? Nice!)

There's much to the underground '80s I knew well that I see all the time. Most of it is still in active circulation now, but the kids just don't know it.

[IMG] I love this picture, it's from an editorial called 'about a boy', the model is Zdenek Zaboj.

The thing is if it wasn't richard petty and you take away the car and old timey photo style, you'd just have a guy in raw jeans and a poorly fitted amjack stripe shirt. Would get chastised by all the forum.

re: Chrono, I don't care about Richard Petty, old cars or old timey photos, so that basically leaves nothing for me. [IMG]

Very cool up until the facial expression that looks like he's waiting for bukake.

Haha, I personally love the expression, if you see the rest of the editorial it makes more sense.

But it *is* Richard-Fucking-Petty. I don't care about NASCAR as a sport (actually I do care--I hate it) but there is something magical to me about this...like going back in time and watching Steve Jobs scouring flea markets for computer parts-expect cooler.
