Insole inserts for dress shoes

    what are you looking for in a shoe insert? if you're only looking for support, i highly recommend birenstock. i use THESE. Kind of pricey, put I really like them. They also minimally affect the sizing of your shoes; whereas a full sized insert may make them tighter.

    Thanks for the recommendation. Shock reduction is probably the most important factor and I think I'd prefer full-sized inserts.
