I was just wondering, what is Indie fashion? What type of look is it? Where can you buy indie products and how do you mix and match the solid/lines with cardigans and graphic Ts. Any Indie designers?

It's about going to thrift stores and putting together the cheapest and most ironic outfit you can. 3% of the time it looks good...

don't forget that part of indie fashion is listening to bands that no one has ever heard of except maybe your own circle of friends. and once the band gets popular, you have to accuse them of selling out and never wanting to listen to them again.

I have trouble taking seriously the notion that there's this monolithic thing known as "indie style". If you have to look a certain way to be indie, how independant are you really?
