Increasing the Length on Cord Pants

Hi all,
How does one increase the length of a pair of cords, (ummm...4 pairs actually) without the nasty hem crease showing up?
All my cords have "mysteriously" shrunk an inch..or it was my imagination and I was walking around like Steve Urkel all this time!

cotton shrinks...nothing mysterious about it. and unfortunately you will be sol trying to increase the length without showing a crease. have your cords hemmed in the future 1/2" - 3/4" long and they will grow (shrink) to be perfect!

There is no getting rid of that "line" unfortunately!
