Incotex tux trousers?

I'm curious about these Incorex trousers with grosgrain trim. They look like they are for a tuxedo, but I don't know of Incotex making a full suit, let alone a tux. The trousers even lack belt loops, as if for a suit. So, is this a bold style choice, a manufacturing goof or something else? I like the look as "regular" trousers, but it also seems like it would be akin to wearing patent shoes with a blazer. Thoughts?
