Incotex 'sartoriale' black trousers-Size 36-barely worn...like new condition.

Up for sale is this pair of Incotex 'Sartoriale' black wool trousers. I bought them off Ebay about a year ago for around $300 (these retail at $695) and wore them 2-3 times. They are in pristine condition...no tears, stains, or other marks. Waist measures approximately 36'' flat, and inseam has been hemmed (plain front, no cuff) to 32'' w/ 3.5'' folded under. The wool weight is a bit heavier....probably more appropriate for fall/winter. Questions are welcome!
