I purchased some custom shirts and they fit great, except i believe the collars were sewn on too tight - resulting in some pulling when the button is closed. One of the shirts I got is perfect, and i noticed there is no rippling around the collar on that one - because it is sewn on looser.

Can anyone recommend a tailor who can do this very carefully at a fair price (e.g. 10 dollars a collar)?

a quick option is to relocate the button but only if you're okay with some tie space. I hate tie space.

no - its not that the shirt is too tight, its that the stitching was done too tightly
