I am employed and looking to leave my job. I completed my 4th and final round of interviews at a large firm on Wednesday of this week. Meanwhile I've received an offer from a tiny company. I want to have complete information from both companies before a make a decision of where to go. I expressed this to the little company and they have been patient in allowing me to hear from the big company. However, I was expecting to hear from the big guys today and I haven't yet. I contacted the recruiter and she told me decisions would be made at the end of next week.

I can't really ask the small company to keep waiting. I feel they've already done me a great favor in waiting the past week but they want to move and fill the position. They've asked to meet on Monday. I'm not sure what to do. They're both fantastic opportunities, but I think I'd prefer the big company. However, in waiting for the big guys I run the risk of not getting either. Sucks. Any words of wisdom are appreciated.

Call the big company and tell them exactly what you just posted.
