1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I am employed and looking to leave my job. I completed my 4th and final round of interviews at a large firm on Wednesday of this week. Meanwhile I've received an offer from a tiny company. I want to have complete information from both companies before a make a decision of where to go. I expressed this to the little company and they have been patient in allowing me to hear from the big company. However, I was expecting to hear from the big guys today and I haven't yet. I contacted the recruiter and she told me decisions would be made at the end of next week. [IMG] I can't really ask the small company to keep waiting. I feel they've already done me a great favor in waiting the past week but they want to move and fill the position. They've asked to meet on Monday. I'm not sure what to do. They're both fantastic opportunities, but I think I'd prefer the big company. However, in waiting for the big guys I run the risk of not getting either. Sucks. Any words of wisdom are appreciated.

Call the big company and tell them exactly what you just posted.
