Im new and looking for nice dressy pants

i work for a place that is business casual. I have been ordering shirts from Banana republic and I know they leave a lot to be desired. I have graduated to Charles Thywwht - or however they spell it and brooks brothers.

Now I am looking for some good dress pants, Any recommendations?

I'm new to this forum and could really use the help. Be easy on me...I am just looking to improve my wardrobe.

Epaulet Walt wool trousers. I have the charcoal and dove grey in hopsack wool, and the brown worsted 120s. I highly recommend the hopsack, they are very very nice trousers. Whether or not you go with this brand, get wool trousers. They are expensive but so very worth it; the best thing to improve a business casual look in my opinion.

Wool trousers are a good idea if they are found on co-workers, but otherwise cotton might be better.
