I'm having difficulty finding fitted dress shirts and casual shirts

I'm 6'3", and I work out, so my upper body is getting bigger. (No heavy weights, I'm not bulking)

Anyway, I wear medium shirts, but I'm having alot of difficulty finding shirts that fit me well. Shoulders are usually okay, but the area around the lower torso is too loose and feels kind of like curtains. It also makes me look kinda "flowy" and "square", if you know what i mean.

A line of polo shirts that fits me really well is Ralph Lauren's Custom Fit polos, they hug my torso better than the standard fits, know what I mean?

Anyway, can a few of you guys recommend to me some lines of shirts (especially dress shirts) that fit well? Hollister and American Eagle have these kinds of shirts, but there's no way in hell I'm going to buy anything but underwear from those places.
