I've met them and they struck me as the type to not have anything against spamming, or at least paying a nephew $10 to do so.

why would you delete if you aren't spamming?

OP: If you do work for sky valet, ask them why they never emailed me back when I inquired about an Edward Green MTO order. Good way to miss out on a very expensive transaction.

Welcome, Cuttingboard. Yes, you will find that this forum is a lot more 'tolerant' of "standard internet" (ie, childish, petulant, rude) behaviour than B&B.

For those of you who think this is spam, you are wrong. Cuttingboard has been a member in good standing at B&B for almost two years, with over 2400 posts to his credit.

I've been in there, down in old Washington D.C. They are very small staff-wise. Very nice, knowledgable chaps. Definitely not the spamming type, IMO.

I once had a nice pair of captoes from Church of England that split just like that. Yes, I did get ten years out of them, but really, if a shoe is refurbished and not worn every day they should last indefinitely. I also have some cheap shoes left over from an earlier age (when I was broke) that still look like killers.

I've heard the same thing...do not polish too much but keep them from drying out. I normally use cream instead of polish since I only want them conditioned and clean. I'm not a big fan of high gloss shoes.
