    Hi Everyone,

    Okay, so I'm ready to buy my first suit of my life. This will be for work/interviews. Thanks for your help in advance.

    My budget: $300 for suit (modern, slim-fit)
    $ ? for tailoring: I'm guessing it's around a $100?
    ~ $400 Total

    Color: Something I can wear all the time: Navy, Charcoal?
    Blend: For the price I'm looking for, what fabric should I look out for?
    Body: I'm a slim asian guy. 5'9 and 140lb. Here is a picture of me.

    Location: I'm in Los Angeles/Orange County Area
    Occupation: Financial Services/Business in General

    I want to look sharp for the interview and job.

    Can you give me some exact recommendations of brands and suit models based on my stats? It doesn't matter if it's online or in stores. I am planning on looking at all my options for about a week then going with the purchase. (I also don't want to condone any kind of looseness in my fit… I got a dress shirt tailored last week and there is no way I'm going back to wearing just off the rack.)

    Thank you.

    Thank you gin,

    I've read through all the "first suit" searches. I was just hoping that I can get direct feedback for my post.
