Jesus, how this thread has devolved since page 5 or so... and it had such potential.

I gained four pounds since I quit smoking and thought of this thread. Might have to switch over to sweatpants and thrifted concert tees until I'm once again fashionably underweight.

Absolutely no concert tees. That would imply that as a fat person that you are going out in public without any shame. It would be wrong for you to advertise this. Wear something more contrite like a black shirt with food stains on it. Know your role.

+1, although I think adding a paper bag over the head would be appropriate as well. No one wants to look at a fat face. Fat faces invite punching.

Has anyone in this thread mentioned Jackie Gleason yet? Very overweight, yet very SF approved. Saville Row suits, etc. Would sartorially shame most of the know-it-alls in this thread. Just sayin'.

For the same reason you buy nice clothes if you're underweight, or tall, or green. Too look good and feel good.

so, um, anyway, I've got some larger guy stuff for sale... Including a wicket sportscoat for 44r's

Aren't you glad I introduced you to this threak?

Btw, careful what fattie you punch;some of them tussle well. Get some distance after you sucker punch them, and run if you have to, as they have no wind.

Reminds me of that scene from Bruges with Colin Farrell and the fat American.

Punching a ***** is a no-win for anybody. ***** gets punched and has to stop eating to retaliate, puncher gets his hand covered in pizza grease and Cheetos and likely didn't do much damage.

I prefer the stick and move method when tussling with a *****; they don't have the speed or stamina to keep up. Or you can just knock the food out of their hand and watch them cry in despair as their dreams and hopes (to get fatter) tumble to the pavement.
