Just when I thought he was going to drop some purple label he busted out the "kinky boots" instead.

Polo is one of those brands where you could actually do it. I mean, suits, tuxes, swim trunks, snowboard pants, they got you.

He was careful to point out he is obsessed with the Polo line specifically.

I think this is tapping into a different segment, which is the little clothing crews which dominated early 90s NY teenage street fashion. There were groups of guys who would only buy (or shoplift) Hilfiger, Nautica, Polo, repectively, etc. Their whole lives revolved around this. This guy sounds like one of them, grown up.

88-Keys owns over 40 pieces from the Inidan Point, a fashion group from Fall 2007. An average RL Polo fashion group consists of about 40 pieces. He baiscally owns every piece from that group.

World traveler is another group he mentions in his interview. It is a fashion group from Spring 2008. I am not sure how he plans to acquire more pieces from that group since it has been discontinue. There is a good possibility that the video was shot in Spring 2008.

We might not agree with his taste, but I must admit he is one avid Ralph Lauren fan!
