Take a look at the rail and tell me if it has this pin in it. It might jsut be to prevent the back from sliding off the rail, but there's something wrong with the back of my chair and i'm wondering if it's something that broke off.
Also, looking at that out of focus picture of the back of the chair below, if I push up on the bottom of the back cushion in the exact center where the cross is created, it tilts up to the left. So when i sit in it, i have unequal pressure on my back. I'm not sure what happened to it, but it's annoying. The left side seems loose.
I was hoping i could figure out what was wrong with it and not have to send it back to the manufacturer, as I don't want to be without for several weeks, and i can't imagine what a pain ********** shipping might be since I ordered it online.
