^ I think getting in shape and money have very little to do with eachother. One can get in shape for pretty close to $0.00. It costs effort and willpower.

I'd spend it on something that I did not perhaps need and would not ordinarily buy just to check it out. For me, it would be one Eton dress shirt. Anything left over I'd spend on high end socks.

In order:

1. Alterations, if you need them.
2. Two pairs of AE tent sale shoes, if you need some good-quality dress shoes for your rotation. One brown, one black or cordovan.
3. A few pairs of decent dress slacks, if you don't already have enough.
4. New shirts and ties

Alterations are an absolute must.
Nice shoes spiff up any outfit.
Gray pants go with everything.
News shirts and ties can never hurt.

Are you sure about that? About one yard of Silverline costs about $75

Alterations, followed by a quick flutter at the horse races

If successful, whores

It's a bit more than $400, actually. Buy 3 shirts for $149 and get one free. $149*3 = $447.

Another vote for shoes. Not Tod's but something leather soled and classic. I believe Peals are 50% off at BB next week. This would leave you money for a shirt and pair of slacks as well.
