Identifying Polo Ralph Lauren Shoes

Hello all,

I didn't see an existing thread that seemed to fit this question so I figured I'd make a new one.

I recently purchased some 9.5D PRL shoes used and I'm trying to identify the maker. When I receive the shoes I'll take them to my cobbler, however I'd appreciate any speculation on their ability to be resoled.

I've consulted this thread https://www.styleforum.net/threads/who-makes-ralph-lauren-shoes.92989/ but it looks like the country of manufacture label has worn away.

Thanks in advance.

My first thread and I get a reply from Spoo; I'm honored.

Thank you for the input. I bought them for about $20 and I plan on keeping them if I can get them resoled.

7 years it took you to start a thread!

Definitely re-sole-able, but you need to get some trees in them pronto.

I've just been reading up until this point, but figured it was a good time to start. ?

I'm still waiting for them to arrive so I can't look at them in person, any idea if they are Goodyear or Blake?
