Looks to me like some sort of tourbillon, although am unsure of the brand.

It looks like it is two tone gold to me - which almost certainly means it is not an expensive brand. I would guess something along the lines of fossil or deisel, but I can't find it. The bottom dial is what is throwing me off.
I know for sure it isn't ALS - as they are one of my favorites and don't have that many models to recognize.
