Was watching The Irishman and liked how Pesci's glasses not only fit his face but had a slight tint to them. The frames are thick with a glossy piano black finish. No markings on the face, but they do have a lot in common with Anglo American 'Baskerville' frames I've owned previously with a bit of a stern brow and bump on the bridge. Notably, the frames have what look like a thin rose gold bar on the stem right at the hinge. I imagine that is a brand mark that I'm unaware of and hope somebody knows the brand. Other glasses in the film all have pretty identifiable off the shelf frames; i'm hoping these are too.
Also, it looks like they have multiple lenses for the frames depending on different scenes. Generally there's a a light gray fade that is substantially darker in the top quarter but doesn't carry the fade all the way down. Nice effect. How does one achieve that?
Thanks in advance for any help.
