Hmm- I'd guess they are not real- that the whole pic is mocked up for the cover art and "G" stands for the artists name.

If his nickname is actually "Gorgeous Gangsta," then I'd say they are almost certainly custom and trying to play up the nickname. As well, given the prominence of the lettering in the picture, I'd be surprised if they were Gucci (wouldn't that get into copyright issues, because I know that he isn't a registered/authorized model for Gucci or endorsed by them.)
