I was disappointed so many times with salesmen, even in luxury (do not know what means fused, do not know what is single needle....) that I had the idea to set up my company which aid would be tod give very usefull informations to executives about the weaknesses of their employee against good fees.

What do you think about this idea? I know in US this is a common business. Does it make good profit?

    mmmm

i understand what you mean but ou might want to somewhat
put a positive spin to the concept.
I don't think anyone wants to find out their employees whom
they hired themselves have a lack in knowledge and courtesy.

Maybe while you are not working, you should become a sales person as an experiment. I can pardon ignorance in a sales person since usually, it is not their career but rather just a part-time job but arrogance, usually older salespeople in better quality stores is very annoying to me. I stopped shopping in many stores for that reason alone.

The older salespeople, especially when they don't have the knowledge to answer a question, say things like, "Son/Hun, I've been doing this for (insert number here) years, and I've never seen/heard of that." Â The younger, sometimes part-time samespeople seem generally more willing to concede that they don't know something, and try to find the answer. Ernest, is your interest in becoming a wardrobe consultant?

It has been done. There are companies who send out "shoppers" and then reports back to management about the quality of service, skills and attitude of their sales force.

Ultimately it boils down to management not to provide adequate training. As the old saying goes: "If you pay peanuts, you'll get monkeys."

I know this does exist. In France it has just started to be used by brands.

I know the business is huge in US and UK, ten times more than in France.
