You know like in the Janet Jackson video , that's what I'm shooting for. I've been working out for the past 14 years so whatever you guys say I probably heard or read it already. I'm 5'9 and weigh about 168 lbs, my body type is a bit muscular already but not like him, I have a little bit of extra body fat mainly around my waist It's not that bad I'm a 31-32 waist , my clothes fit me just fine. My main question is up until now I've been doing this 100% natural, no protein shakes and no pills at GNC. I'm getting the same if not better results as if I were drinking Herbalife or Jay Robb shakes. Those are the only two I go for since the other garbage has chemicals that give you memory loss over time. So in your opinion is he doing average weights 10-12 reps / 3 setson a moderate protein intake low carb diet or is he going for complete muscle failure , low reps /heavy weights, a **** load of protein and 0 carbs. Or is he just genetically gifted...who knows.

Oh, that was him - interesting. Anyway, see http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_does_Antonio_Sabato_Jr._workout - and let's presume that yes, he's "genetically gifted," but with the right exercise routine and a clean. high-protein, low-carb, low-fat diet, the end result won't be far from that physique. Maybe go a little heavier on the weights instead of doing many supersets and reps, if gaining mass is tough.
