Exactly. I hope they've addressed the issue encountered on eastbound Cesar Chavez just before 101 where the cars perceived the ground-level interchange as a wall despite the underpass ahead and came to a complete stop just past the Bryant intersection. I watched that happen, saw the attendant driver frantically get it started again, only for it to stop again about five feet farther down the road.That would be the “more conservative” driving, I’m guessing, which tends to manifest as stopping abruptly in the middle of an intersection.
