I just looked at the map, and that area is entirely self-contained. Exclusionary housing policy is some weird ****...

The county is accepting applications to serve on a committee to revise the 2017 racial equity plan.

Strike two. I know teens will be teens but from what I hear the parents are willingly hosting because "Come on, the kids need to have some fun!" My son's school is, from this week, back to four days on campus for all grades. They asked everyone in the community to commit to no travel outside the Bay Area or extended family gatherings over Thanksgiving but apparently got enough pushback that they will now go virtual again the week after the holiday and require a negative COVID test before students are allowed back on campus.
