I ordered something but was never charged. What should I do?

What is the purpose of putting this in the thread. Are you suggesting that the OP use your experience to rationalize dishonesty?

You should name the company so others can be wary in the future. Have you contacted your CC company for a chargeback?

Yes.

Well, actually I consider it a lesson that you should rip people off first so that your cumulative balance is always in the black when someone else tries to rip you off.

If it makes you feel better I will sell him some of my dishonesty credits so that it offsets his dishonesty.

I don't think it's dishonesty on their part, more that their e-commerce channel is incompetent.

Good point about the CC company, I’ll call them tonight (think I am still in the chargeback period). And if they can’t solve it I’ll go shoplift some 4 for ₤XX to get even.
