First of all, my english might not be so good, so have mercy.

I'm a teenager from Argentina, i hate everything about this place, the close, the weather, the people, all the crimes, everything.

I'm being forced to wear surfer-skater style stuff to fit in this horrible place. So my question is, is there something i can wear, something classy, without looking ridiculous (even that's how i truly am, ridiculous) in a really dirty place where everyone uses awful jeans and sports/athletic pants (example) without calling much attention?

I always loved blazers and big, long overcoats. British/vintage style stuff. I haven't got anyone to help me with this, nor too much money, Any help is aprreciated. Something i can google for if possible, haha.

Ps. Perhaps something that can fit some classic Vans? I have no idea. Is this in the wrong forum or somethig?

Probably...lurk the SW&D forum for a few weeks before you ask questions there, that way you can be a bit more specific in your questions. I think that'll be the approach (both to dressing and to this forum) that you'll want to take.

This side of the forum caters to tailored clothing, though given your location, should you want to explore this more, I'd recommend a navy linen blazer with patch pockets and soft shoulders.
