Hi all,

What I'm looking for
I need a couple of bags (carryall/weekender, briefcase and a gym bag). I did a bit of homework and would like to share what I found so far, seeking for feedback and further recommendations.

I'd need all three bags to be rather formal. I work in a very conservative industry and would want to use all of them at work.To travel I also have a Rimowa suitcase and hand luggage.

Also noteworthy might be that I'm 29. I prefer navy and black as a colour and budget wise I am willing to invest but I don't want to go too crazy.

Briefcase
I looked around quite a bit but haven't really found the ideal bag yet. The filson one I'd get in black to avoid brown leather straps. I also like the Berluti un jour but it's above what I want to spend.

Carryall

I really like the Bennet Winch weekender. Does anyone know how good the leather is? I would want it to last a very long time. While not 100% visually appealing to me, the SC holdall seems like an interesting concept. Does anyone have views on it?

Gym Bag
Spend the most time here and did't find anything. JCrew in the US seems to have decent bags but I live in London. The Jackspade bag looks decent to me but I doubt it's of good quality and good value for money for a gym bag

Thanks a lot for your help and happy new year everyone!

Have you checked out Glaser Designs? They have a lot more models than what's on their website.
Luxire makes a very nice high-end duffle.

Thanks both for the recommendations. I never heard about Glaser before and will have a close look at the homepage. Through your link I saw a luxire duffle at a very good price that, if the size is right, might just fulfill all my needs for the gym bag.

Ray8, I have actually looked at the Tumi briefcases in store. They are definitely very well made and are a solid option but something is missing for me. I feel they don't get nicer over time and somehow the style doesn't quite suit me. Hard to explain but thanks for the recommendation!
