Hi guys, I have had a pair of Rayban Predators for about six months now. It broke and I'm tempted to use the warranty from SGH to buy a second pair for 50% off, but some people think this pair of sunglasses doesn't look very good on me. I don't know, what do you guys think? If it's not worth getting a second pair, what do you guys suggest I should get?

what makes you think he wants to stand out? aviators are a classic style that will last forever, unlike so many stupid modern designs.
drifters are cool too.

he'd look horrible in aviators. A pair of thin, wireframe glasses from Persol wouldn't be a bad way to go.

Last time I bought a pair I went to http://www.klasik.org for some vintage frames - 1960's Ray-Ban Caribbean by Bausch & Lomb. Could be worth taking a look if want something a bit different.

What do you mean by this? I need an example of this.

Nice, I have those or a really similar pair. They look good on almost everyone. I think the first pic looks all right, but that style of glasses is kind of dated IMO - reminds me of Terminator 2 or something. Those Persols on the other hand will never go out of style. You should go try some on, Sunglass hut has them among other places.

Edit: oh, I guess that's probably what SGH stood for.

Do they even sell these anymore? Mine weigh a ton so I don't wear them. They are so heavy that they either cut into my nose or slip down it. I should sell them or something.
