I Need a REAL Tailor in Western PA

The subject line says it all.

I've been at the mercy of tailors (in name only) ever since the greatest tailor I ever had, passed away. Mr.Balagusz was a tailor from the old school and the time he had spent in a concentration camp during WWII never diminished his skill nor the love in his heart. A minor alteration or a TRULY bespoke garment were always crafted to perfection by his hand.

Now, I need the most difficult alteration (shoulder reduction) on an overcoat which can only be replaced at great expense. The coat is a BB cashmere from about 20 years ago. As I saved it only for the most special occasions, it is virtually new in all regards. At the time I purchased it, it cost $1298 - the salesman told me BB had recently changed their product line and this remaining garment was a bargain at that price.

So, as you can imagine, I hesitate to hand this beautiful garment over to be destroyed by a hack.

I would appreciate the recommendation of a tailor who is a master of his craft in any locale from Pittsburgh to Harrisburg, PA.

Thank, one and all.
