Money is very low. I might have to go to Macys to buy this one. Brand suggestions at Macys? I know, but this is very urgent. Can't go for anything more expensive.

I went to Macys for a last minute buy as well. Got a ralph lauren one for very cheap and the material is really nice. Just out of curiosity, whats the occasion, and why navy?

From this thread, he lives in NYC and has a doorman:

Doorman inquired about my style. How do I break it to him?
http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=99912

"Was coming home from a great dinner dressed in my finest Purple Label suit. He commented positively and I accepted it with the pride of the greatest. Then his next line stopped me short. He said what is that? I haven't been shopping in a while and I like what you have? My phone rang and I had to politely dismiss myself, but I know tomorrow we will meet again. How do I break it to him? That he cannot afford Purple Label? Should I give a cheaper alternative and lie and suggest him some Tom Ford or Borrelli?"

If you're in NYC, check out the Navy suits by Southwick at Brook Brothers, 346 Mad, 4th floor. I don't remember which but they were either $199 or $299.

They have a Zara inside the galleria mall in houston. Get a suit from there for the mid $200s. My friend wears suits from there all the time and they fit very nicely.

Then go to the various local shops you have and find one that fits you and your budget.

Don't trouble us with the impossible - only you can sort this, no amount of asking can resolve your timetable and budget.

Ask your doorman where he got his suit. In case you are still living there...
