I need a coat for work

First off, I live in LA. Its hardly ever cold here but this week its been a little chilly so I want to get a medium weight jacket/coat - something for the early mornings and nights. My work style is pretty much business-casual... chinos, collard shirt - the j crew look i guess. Nothing too formal, nothing dumpy.

So I need something to go along with that. My price range is $200 and I want conservate yet cool I guess. Im 6'1, 210 and chest size is 42L. Id probably size up so I can layer underneath if needed, correct? So here is waht I found at Revolve...
